Up there, in those beautiful mountains, les Cariolettes is set in the old village of Font-Romeu-Odeillo. It is located in the heart of the  Pyrénées Catalanes Natural Park well known for its climate, the benefits of altitude, being the location for athlete training, and known of course for the richness of its natural heritage.

Font-Romeu-Odeillo enjoys over 300 days of sun per year. Its great solar oven, biggest in the world, is its symbol. Well known and appreciated skiing resort, it is also a land of milk and honey, nature being particularly generous with several labelled sites. The natural hot water springs are a fun and well-being attraction. Three SPA with sauna, jacuzzi, hammam and beauty care, are less than 20 minutes away.

Les Cariolettes is an old 18th century farm that Sylvie and Francis have restored with passion. They propose half board accommodation with bedrooms, diners and breakfasts and a nice little mezzanine studio flat with diner possibilities at the "table d’hôtes".

A simple but warm reception, a flavoured and varied cooking, a good knowledge of the area, some good advice to better enjoy your holidays – The Cariolettes is all of that together ! Rest and relaxation are guaranteed on this site, a bit isolated from the rest of the world.
